02 Shipping & Diagnostics
The equipment is shipped to our repair facility in Riga, Latvia for component-level diagnostics.
03 Report & Quotation
We provide a fault report, proposed repair price and estimated lead time.
04 Approval, Repair & Testing
Repair begins only after customer approval. The equipment is repaired, tested and returned with a warranty.
