This website provides information about LUMINA’s industrial electronics diagnostic and repair services.
Submitting a repair request does not create a binding repair agreement. After receiving and assessing the equipment information, LUMINA may provide shipping instructions, a diagnostic report, price quotation and estimated completion time.
Repair work begins only after customer approval. The final scope, price, payment terms, delivery conditions and warranty period are specified in the individual quotation or agreement.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate equipment and fault information, legally shipping the equipment and creating backups of any software, parameters or data where possible.
LUMINA is not responsible for indirect losses, production downtime or data loss unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
